100% Dutch
We almost exclusively use organic ingredients that can be fully traced to their source. For example, our organic grain grows in the Flevopolder and our Kollenberger spelt is sourced from Puth Manor in Limburg. So we do source our grain locally, which is really unique. Afterwards, we have our flour ground between the millstones of authentic Dutch corn mills, such as 't Lam in Woudsend and Vier Winden in Vragender. The ‘100% Dutch Harvest' label is a perfect match for the Carl Siegert Bakery.
