Our delectable breads are perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banqueting, and also retain their firm bite hours after baking off. All our breads are made using the same traditional method: our own sourdough culture combined with a lengthy fermentation process. The resulting aroma and flavour are unparalleled. That’s because immediately after baking we individually freeze our bread at a temperature of -35 °C. Afterwards it is freshly packaged.
Bread that’s perfect for any time of the day
Four Swiss mini rolls, available in multigrain, muesli and pumpkin. Baked together in batches of four, Buerlis are also available as a single batch of fourteen white or wholemeal rolls. They are delicious for breakfast, but equally delicious as an accompaniment to any cheeseboard. Buerli rolls are basically ‘multi-purpose’.
A joy to the eye and the taste buds whether accompanying a dish or served with a salad. Brollies are available in two flavours: oat-raisin-fig and pumpkin-sunflower seed.
The ideal dining partner
These modest, 35-gram rolls are made from a blend of wheat, rye, spelt and kamut. Ideal as an accompaniment to dinner, Osiris rolls are available in white, brown, olive, nut, raisin-fig and rosemary-sea salt.
Delicious appetizer
Crispy pull-apart rolls (11 x 3 cm) in four flavours: white, céréales brown, bruschetta and Reypenaer cheese. Serve them plain with butter and/or sea salt, make a dip to accompany them, or fill them with goat’s cheese or salmon, for example. Crispanini can be baked off under the grill as well as in the oven.
Always appetizing
Brokettes are available in wholemeal and white rye sourdough. These 40-gram rolls (2.5 x 12 cm) are deliciously crusty and are perfect for accompanying lunch or dinner dishes. Brokettes are eminently suitable as a buffet snack and delicious with soup.
