The Carl Siegert Bakery upholds the EKO Quality Mark with flair and only uses ingredients that can be traced to their source. Virtually all the grains we use in our products are grown organically. All use of artificial fertilizers and chemical pesticides is excluded. We process le lavette, mélon  and cardoz, and although their names suggest otherwise, these wheat types are grown in the Northeast Polder of the Netherlands. The Kollenberger spelt is grown on Limburg soil.
